Pulau Kukup龟咯岛半日游 --- Cincalok

 真加露/虾仔酱(Cincalok)是一种来自马六甲的本土美食之一。
它是以新鲜捕抓的小虾加海盐制成的发酵产品。
Cincalok is a famouse cuisine from Melaka.
It is fermented from fresh small shrimp with sea salt.

龟咯岛(Kukup)是马来西亚最大的真加露/虾仔酱(Cincalok)生产地,距离吉隆坡约334km。
据说可以制造真加露/虾仔酱的虾仔大部分只有在龟咯岛(Kukup)海域找到。
Pulau Kukup is the largest production place in Malaysia, 
away from Kuala Lumpur approximately 334km.
According that shrimps suitable for made of cincalok only can find within Kukup sea area.


渔夫载着新鲜捕抓的 小虾准备到加工厂制作真加露/虾仔酱(Cincalok).

沿海可以看见许多鱼笼。
Along the coast you can see the number of fish cages.



运上岸等待加工的新鲜虾仔。
Waiting for processing.

 工友把虾仔及海盐拌匀。
Workers put Shrimp and sea salt and mix well.


经东主的同意,我也尝试帮忙搅拌的动作。:)
I also asking for the permission to trying mixing the shrimps and salts. :)


搅拌完成的真加露/虾仔酱(Cincalok)全部装进大桶内准备发酵。
While completing the mixing step,  
cincalok will put into a large bucket ready for fermentation process.
